Let me tell you a story….

Growing up in rural Australia, I experienced firsthand the challenges of limited access to healthcare. As a child, I had a peculiar talent for dislocating my elbow. With the nearest GP 200 kilometers away and appointments often booked out for months, our GP taught my father how to relocate my elbow at home. This DIY procedure was successful the first four times., but the fifth was a different story. Dad tried his usual trick– but it turned out my elbow was actually broken! Yes, ouch!

Perhaps I became a GP because my Dad wasn’t one.

This experience, along with the healthcare challenges my community faced, played a pivotal role in my decision to become a GP.

My passion for accessible healthcare led me into the media space, where I focus on providing reliable, holistic, and practical health information for all regardless of age, gender or postcode. My approach is built on three guiding principles:

  • Knowledge: Empowering individuals with accurate, accessible knowledge is key to improving health outcomes.

  • Community: I believe in creating an open, supportive space where individuals can collaborate, learn, and celebrate health together.

  • Well-being: We cannot truly thrive unless we prioritise our overall well-being.

I addition to sharing knowledge to the general community, I also provide expert guidance to companies in the corporate health and media space. I bridge the gap between business and clinical best practice, finding individualised solutions for each setting.

So, no matter who you are or what your background is, together, we can share knowledge, foster well-being, and create lasting change.
